Bottas endorses clearer penalty rules after Magnussen tactics

Valtteri Bottas has said the stewards enforcing clearer rules on gaining an advantage on track would "make things easier" after Kevin Magnussen incurred multiple penalties keeping drivers behind at the Miami Grand Prix.
