Change to the starting grid ahead of the Miami sprint race

The sprint shootout didn't go overly well for Alexander Albon and Logan Sargeant. Both Williams drivers did not get beyond SQ1 and will not have an ideal starting position during the sprint race. Albon, especially not, as his car has been tinkered with, which means he will start from the pits.
