Structural brake problem at Red Bull and in Verstappen's car?

After 43 consecutive finishes, Max Verstappen's long streak came to an end. The world champion had to pull over his Red Bull Racing car early at the Australian Grand Prix with brake problems. Verstappen stated afterwards that it seemed like he was driving around with the handbrake on. That observation was reminiscent of Bahrain, when Charles Leclerc had a similar problem. Noteworthy: since this season, Red Bull Racing, like Ferrari, uses Brembo brand brake discs and calipers.
