The FIA have issued a statement following reports that the Red Bull Racing complainant against Christian Horner has appealed the outcome of the investigation conducted by Red Bull GmbH. While the independent investigation conducted Red Bull GmbH has reached a conclusion that Horner has done nothing wrong, and as the complainant was suspended from her job at Red Bull Racing, the
