What time does the 24 Hours of Le Mans start?

Saturday is the day: the 24 Hours of Le Mans! The event starts at 15:00 BST. The iconic race, which is part of the WEC championship, lasts exactly 24 hours and thus finishes a day later on Sunday. But what time does the race start?
