Toyota scores dominant 1-2 at Sebring

Toyota Gazoo Racing kicked off its 2023 campaign in the WEC with a dominant 1-2 triumph in the 1000 Miles of Sebring. The Japanese squad took control of proceedings after Ferrari's bid to uphold the fantastic pole position performance in qualifying of its 499P faded in the first hour. The #7 GR010 Hybrid steered by Mike Conway, Jose Maria Lopez and Kamui Kobayashi led the charge and took the win, finishing 2.1s ahead of the #8 sister car of Brendon Hartley, Sebastien Buemi and Ryo Hirakawa.
