Reigning Formula 3 champion Martins moves into Formula 2 with ART
Victor Martins will start working in Formula 2 this calendar year. Indeed, ART Grand Prix is shifting him on from Formula 3, allowing him to try for a successful season with teammate Théo Pourchaire.
