Symonds certainly welcomes new teams by 2026

The power unit regulations coming into force from 2026 should make it easier for new manufacturers to play a significant role within Formula 1 immediately. So says Pat Symonds, director of technical affairs at Formula 1, at the Autosport International trade fair in Birmingham.
