VIDEO: IndyCar champion injured in post-season karting crash

Video To news overview IndyCar champion Will Power sustained injuries in an incident in a private karting race. Just a couple of months after taking his second IndyCar title, the Australian released onboard footage of a small karting race. From the shared helmet camera footage, Power races side-by-side through a double-right corner. The drivers collide at the second right-hand corner, which pitches Power into a roll before landing on the grass runoff. Along with the video, Power comments on the injuries he sustained: "This was a race a few weeks ago... Got some broken ribs but was ok otherwise."
