Daniel Ricciardo offered US racing opportunity for 2023

McLaren’s Daniel Ricciardo has reportedly been contacted by Trackhouse NASCAR team owner, Justin Marks. The 33-year-old signed with McLaren at the start of last year to partner Lando Norris, but his move from Renault has not cultivated the success he would have hoped for. Ricciardo has been out-performed by young team-mate, who has shown a better adaptability to a difficult McLaren car. The Australian won the Italian Grand Prix last season in a famous win for the Woking-based side, but that still constitutes his only podium in papaya, while Norris has managed five in the same period.
