FIA ratifies record 24-race F1 calendar for 2023
Formula 1 has released its 2023 calendar which will feature a record 24 world championship rounds that will unfold from Bahrain in March to Abu Dhabi in November. A first glance as the schedule reveals the presence of the Monaco Grand Prix that was at risk of being dropped, while the Chinese Grand Prix that last took place in 2019 at Shanghai has been given a provisional date of April 16, pending the country exiting its Covid-19 restrictions. Furthermore, fans of both F1 and the World Endurance Championship will be relieved to see that their will be no clash between the two series on the weekend of the Le Mans 24 Hours, with the traditional sportscar classic slotted in between the Spanish...
