Mercedes mock themselves after Lewis Hamilton and George Russell crash in qualifying

The Mercedes social media admin had some fun at their own expense after qualifying at the Austrian Grand Prix after both Sir Lewis Hamilton and George Russell and Sir Lewis Hamilton crashed. Hamilton caused the first red flag of qualifying in the final session when he lost the back end at Turn Seven, sliding straight on into the barrier as a result. After the session went green again, the 24-year-old was sent back out, and he too lost the rear at Turn 10 on his effort, spinning backwards into the wall and causing an extensive repair job for the mechanics overnight.
