Leclerc hints at upgrades to challenge Red Bull: "Now we can do a step up"

After the late safety car in the Miami Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc gave it everything to pinch the win from Max Verstappen but ultimately came off short. Red Bull's strong straight-line pace couldn't be matched by Ferrari's car.
