Marko fumes over Hamilton's actions: Different rules apply to him
Article To news overview Red Bull's Helmut Marko has lashed out at the stewards after the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after Max Verstappen was given a five-second-time penalty for going off track and gaining an advantage after holding onto the race lead after running wide at Turn 1 on Lap 36. Verstappen was initially told to cede position to Hamilton, which he appeared to attempt to do at the point where he and Lewis Hamilton collided as the Mercedes driver appeared confused by the Dutch driver slowing down the back straight.
