Verstappen, Russell, Norris and Leclerc offer hope: 'That's the good news'

Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel have won world championships in the past, but the trio are now in their final years in Formula 1. Stefano Domenicali does not fear for the future, however, he tells The Guardian. The Formula 1 boss has enjoyed the way Hamilton has dominated the sport in recent years, stringing together world titles with Mercedes. Only Nico Rosberg managed to thwart the British driver in 2016, but otherwise Hamilton was untouchable. This year is already different, as Max Verstappen is entering the title fight.
