Hamilton ‘proud’ of Vettel for environmental activism

Lewis Hamilton is 'proud' to see his fellow F1 driver Sebastian Vettel become an increasingly active voice for positive change. Recently Ferrari team boss Mattia Binotto said he had noticed Vettel's interest growing in environmental issues during recent years, and indeed Vettel has branched out into a range of different projects to help the environment. During the first lockdown Vettel completed an internship in bio-farming, while his 2021 projects have included the construction of a bee hotel in Austria and organising a litter-pick at Silverstone, home of the British Grand Prix.
