2021 F1 Russian Grand Prix – Qualifying results
Article To news overview © McLaren McLaren's Lando Norris claimed pole position for the Russian Grand Prix, beating Carlos Sainz and George Russell to top spot. Despite fears the session could be moved to Sunday, qualifying took place as scheduled as the rain eased up. Norris' time of 1:41.993 on his final lap proved too much for the rest of the grid, with Sainz finishing a full 0.517 seconds back of the McLaren driver.
