De Vries takes it sportily: "He has more experience in Formula 1".

The future of Nyck de Vries is, not only in the Netherlands but in the whole world of Formula 1, the talking point of the week. The driver from Sneek was a candidate at Williams, but the British formation went for Alexander Albon. He still has a chance to switch to Alfa Romeo and maybe Aston Martin is an option as well. Sebastian Vettel is still not confirmed for 2022. De Vries was long linked with Williams, but they opted for more experience in the person of Albon. "I understand Williams' choice of Alex.
