Williams performances 'better than rivals' in 2020 - Russell

Williams driver George Russell believes his team performed better across 2020 than some of its rivals despite finishing last in the constructors' standings with zero points. Both Russell and team-mate Nicholas Latifi finished 11th on a few occasions during the season - once for the Briton compared to the Canadian's three - with the former throwing away the best chance of scoring at Imola when crashing out behind the safety car.
