Aston Martin role ‘out of the question' for Wolff
Mercedes team boss, Toto Wolff, has reiterated once again that his future in Formula 1 is with the Silver Arrows and not Aston Martin. Aston Martin's return to Formula 1 as a works team was officially confirmed on April 1, but it was certainly no April Fool's. Their return has been in the pipeline ever since Racing Point owner Lawrence Stroll and his consortium injected significant investment into the struggling British luxury carmaker brand. Along the way, there has been continuous rumours about Wolff, who is good friends with Stroll, jumping ship to Aston Martin in the future.
