Williams' Sainz urges ‘design philosophy change'

Aug.7 Carlos Sainz has urged Williams to pursue a 'change in design philosophy' after enduring a difficult Hungarian Grand Prix weekend. The Spaniard, 30, has been frank about the 2025 car's limitations since switching from Ferrari, but stopped short of criticising the team – instead offering insight and a dose of realism about their current position. 'A change in design philosophy is needed to ensure next year's car performs well on different circuits,' Sainz told AS after finishing 14th in Budapest.
