How does Alpine improve its training facilities with Matrix Fitness?
On the back of promising performances at the last two races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, Alpine will develop a new training space after the extension of its long-standing collaboration with Matrix Fitness. As part of this renewed co-operation, Matrix has worked with the team to develop a brand-new state-of-the-art training space and provided premium fitness equipment for the ‘Alpine Human Performance Centre’ [AHPC]. The Enstone-based outfit noted that 'the AHPC is designed to optimise the physical conditioning of [its] drivers as well as its roster of Alpine Academy drivers and team members.' The training facility places a particular emphasis on strength, core and upper body training....
