Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari Debut Faces Shock Delay Amid Weather Issues
Lewis Hamilton’s highly anticipated debut for Ferrari could be delayed and moved from the team’s Fiorano test track as Ferrari reportedly activates a “Plan B” due to potential bad weather. Hamilton, who ended his legendary partnership with Mercedes to join Ferrari in 2025, is set to begin his Scuderia journey in January. However, Italian publication Auto Racer claims Hamilton’s first drive in a Ferrari may shift to Mugello or Imola if conditions at Fiorano prove unsuitable. The British driver, turning 40 next month, is expected to drive either Ferrari’s 2022 or 2023 car, as F1 rules restrict private testing with cars less than two years old.
