F1 confirm support bill for new grand prix venue

The Spanish Grand Prix will leave the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya after 2025, when it heads to Madrid for at least 10 seasons. Now, it has bolstered the event's line-up with F2 and FIA F3 going with it.
