Hungaroring receives two-star award from the FIA
Hungary's Formula One track, the Hungaroring has announced that it has been handed a two-star environment award from the sport's governing body, the FIA. Sustainable development has become one of the main topics in motorsport in recent years. Formula One's governing body, the FIA awards one, two or three stars to circuits according to their level of sustainability. The Paris-based body has now announced that the Hungaroring has been given two stars after this year’s Hungarian Grand Prix.
