Horner stresses: Red Bull 'must respond' to McLaren quickly

Lando Norris stormed to victory at the Dutch Grand Prix, winning by over 22 seconds in Zandvoort. Red Bull had no answers to the McLaren driver's blistering pace throughout. After repassing Verstappen, it almost seemed like a walk in the park for Norris, who even set the fastest lap of the race on old hard tyres. Christian Horner discussed McLaren's pace after the race, telling GPblog and others that things 'can change very quickly' in the world of Formula 1.
