FIA adds rule to technical regulations: Asymmetric braking banned

The FIA added an additional rule to Formula 1's technical regulations on 31 July. The governing body thereby prohibits teams from using asymmetric braking. The rule takes effect immediately, starting from the Dutch Grand Prix.
