Audi explains how Binotto and Wheatley will act together at its F1 team
Mattia Binotto and Jonathan Wheatley will together head the new management team at Sauber Motorsport AG, Audi has now confirmed as the German manufacturer explaines its new management structure. Red Bull confirmed earlier this week that their Sporting Director Jonathan Wheatley will leave the Austro-British outfit, as he heads to a new challenge, taking up the role of Team Principal with the Audi F1 Project. Before joining Audi, Wheatley will continue his role at Red Bull for the remainder of the year before a period of gardening leave in 2025.
