Verstappen thinks win is possible even with grid penalty

Reigning world champion Max Verstappen insists he can still win this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix even if he will be forced to serve a grid penalty for exceeding his engine allocation. Championship runaway leader Max Verstappen is on the brink of a penalty for excessive use of power unit elements, since he has already used all four permitted engines in the first ten races of the season.
