TECHNICAL: The four leading outits opt for similar high-downforce rear wing for the Hungaroring

Formula One's current four leading teams - Ferrari, Red Bull, Mercedes and McLaren - have come up with very similar rear wing configurations for this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
