Handle with care: Norris’ smashing Hungarian GP lid

18/07/2024 at 11:1518/07/2024 at 10:26 Lando Norris unveiled on Wednesday the very special one-off helmet that he’ll be using in this weekend’s the Hungarian Grand Prix. Norris’ lid is directly inspired by the exquisite porcelain of Herendi Porcelanmanufaktura, the makers of the event’s trophies, one of which – Max Verstappen’s winning vase – was inadvertently shattered by the McLaren driver last year on the podium as a result of the Briton’s signature champagne thump. “Honour to team up with @herendporcelain on this hand painted masterpiece for Hungary,” Norris wrote on Instagram. “When we got together we knew we wanted to do something special and...
