Russell disappointed with DNF: 'Normal circumstances a one-two finish'

It was not meant to be at Silverstone for George Russell. Starting from pole position, the British driver had to retire his car it seemed like out of nowhere, as he had problems with his water system issue, his team reported during the race. Here is how Russell reacted to his home GP.
