Police: 'No criminal offense’ in Mercedes email sabotage claims

25/06/2024 at 16:0725/06/2024 at 15:51 Northamptonshire police in the UK say that they have found no evidence of “criminal offenses” in the case involving an anonymous email accusing the Mercedes F1 team of sabotaging Lewis Hamilton’s efforts. Following a complaint from Mercedes, authorities were entrusted with an investigation into the nefarious email that was sent last week to selected members of the F1 paddock, including media, ahead of last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix.
