Verstappen 'not worried', but predicts close qualifying

29/02/2024 at 19:1429/02/2024 at 19:22 Anyone expecting Red Bull to turn up for the first race of 2024 in Bahrain and blow the competition away might be a little bewildered by the team's subdued start to the season on Thursday in Bahrain. Max Verstappen was just sixth fastest at the end of the evening second practice, and his time was almost half a second slower that that set by Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton. Sergio Perez fared no better and was tenth when the chequered flag came out, further quarter of a second behind his team mate.
