Aston Martin and Aramco extend title partnership deal
Aston Martin and Saudi energy company Aramco have extended their technical and commercial partnership for an additional five years. The new deal will see Aramco become from 2024 the team’s exclusive title partner, with US tech giant Cognizant no longer included in the Silverstone-based outfit’s official appellation. It will therefore compete from next season as ‘Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team’. “We are very proud to continue and strengthen our successful partnership with Aramco,” commented Lawrence Stroll, Aston Martin F1’s executive chairman. “We already enjoy an important strategic relationship and their support as our title partner for the next five years is a...
