Lewis Hamilton admits 2023 was a ‘killer season'

Lewis Hamilton had admitted that the recently completed 2023 Formula 1 season was a 'killer', with him needing to spend some time away from racing to get hid 'head in the right place' for 2024. 2023 was a second consecutive season of issues for Mercedes, who once again failed to give Hamilton and George Russell a competitive package. It all went wrong from the very beginning, after the Silver Arrows decided to try and make the ‘zero sidepod' philosophy work one last time, rather than listen to Hamilton's requests.
