McLaren F1 hires Stephanie Carlin as Business Operations Director
McLaren has announced that Stephanie Carlin will assume the role of Formula 1 Business Operations Director for the team starting next year. Carlin serves as the Team Principal for Rodin Carlin's Formula 3 and F1 Academy Teams, and holds a similar position at Lewis Hamilton’s Extreme E Team X44 outfit. McLaren says that Carlin will be responsible for overseeing various activities in support of McLaren's F1 operations. Additionally, she will play a key role in McLaren's participation in the 2024 F1 Academy season.
