Verstappen refuses to entertain Hamilton drive: 'It's not happening'
Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool Max Verstappen has responded to reports that Red Bull "held talks" with Lewis Hamilton about joining the team, before extending his stay at Mercedes. Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner revealed that there was "conversations" with the seven-time World Champion's camp, amid the delays in contract talks with Mercedes. Hamilton subsequently announced a new deal with Mercedes at this year's Italian Grand Prix, which means he will remain with the team until 2025 alongside teammate George Russell.
