Horner makes F1 plea after Las Vegas practice delay

Article To news overview © XPBimages Christian Horner has called on Formula 1 to be flexible with its timetable amid disruptions to the opening day of practice in Las Vegas. The first session was abandoned just several minutes after the green light was shown due to loose manhole covers that damaged Esteban Ocon and Carlos Sainz's cars. The second practice session has been delayed while the circuit is inspected. Speaking to Sky Sports, Horner highlighted that safety is paramount with the ongoing issues but is keen to see F1 adjust its schedule accordingly. “We've just got to be flexible,” he said. “You know, it's a great shame for the fans that have come out to see the cars running....
