Lawson admits F1 has ‘consumed’ him since debut

Article To news overview © XPBimages Liam Lawson has revealed that Formula 1 has consumed his life since making his debut last month for AlphaTauri. Lawson was called into action midway through the Dutch Grand Prix weekend after Daniel Ricciardo injured his hand during a Free Practice 2 crash. The New Zealander impressed on his debut and followed up with further strong performances, including a P9 finish in Singapore. Despite his strong efforts, Lawson will not race for the team next season as AlphaTauri has signed Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda for the campaign. It is not yet officially known if Lawson will be in the car for Qatar next weekend as Ricciardo targets a comeback from his injury....
