Alpine solve 'problem' that hindered Gasly
Article To news overview © XPBimages Alpine Team Principal Bruno Famin believes the team has pin-pointed one of the main problems that affected Pierre Gasly in his first half of the season with the team. Gasly struggled in the first half of the season to match teammate Esteban Ocon, who scored the team's first podium in 2023 at the Monaco Grand Prix. By contrast, Gasly's highest position was seventh at Monaco and he later suffered a retirement due to opening lap contact at the Hungarian Grand Prix with Ocon.
