Leclerc, Bottas and Zhou escape penalties despite lap time limit breach
Charles Leclerc, Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu have all avoided penalties for exceeding the maximum lap time limit in qualifying at the F1 Japanese Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver and Alfa Romeo pair were each investigated for going over the 1m54-second maximum lap time delta during the first segment of qualifying at Suzuka. But all three were cleared by the stewards.
