Carlos Sainz lands Ferrari in trouble

Ferrari have been fined 5100 following two incidents in qualifying at the Dutch Grand Prix, involving Carlos Sainz. In the first incident, Sainz was judged to have sped in the pit-lane during Q1, by just 0.5kph. The pit-lane speed limit in Zandvoort is 60kph,and Sainz was judged to have gone 60.5kph during the first part of qualifying.
