FRECA: 18-year-old driver dies in crash at Spa-Francorchamps

MP Motorsport driver Dilano van 't Hoff was involved in a collision with Adam Fitzgerald in race two on Saturday [July 1] morning. The race was held in wet conditions, with the incident coming at the exit of Radillon and the beginning of the Kemmel Straight. Spa's safety record has been brought into question in recent years after the tragedy that claimed Anthoine Hubert's life in F2 in 2019 at the same section of track, with numerous similar crashes at Eau Rouge and Radillon since leading to extensive change at the top of the hill.
