McLaren: 'No link' between Marshall move and Red Bull engine deal

Article To news overview © RN365/Michael Potts McLaren Team Principal Andrea Stella says there is "no link" between Red Bull's Rob Marshall joining the team and the possibility of a future engine deal with the Milton Keynes-based squad. It was announced in May that top Red Bull engineer Marshall will start a new role as Technical Director, Engineering and Design with McLaren in January 2024. Meanwhile, as previously reported by RacingNews365.com, McLaren CEO Zak Brown visited the Red Bull Powertrains facility in Milton Keynes in February with initial talks over using their power units in 2026. McLaren's current supply of Mercedes engines is set to run until the end of the 2025...
