Ferrari boss dodges question about Laurent Mekies' departure

Ferrari team principal Frederick Vasseur has refused to discuss the motivation behind Laurent Mekies' imminent departure from his current role as sporting director. Mekies was recently announced as the new team principal at AlphaTauri, replacing Franz Tost, who has been in the post since 2005. “I think for this you have to ask to Laurent,” Vasseur told Motorsport.com  “But it’s true that if you want to become the team principal of an F1 team, you have 10 jobs in the world.
