Max Verstappen admits Cashgate penalty ‘will affect us'

2022 was a sensational season for Max Verstappen and Red Bull, with the Dutchman having defended his 2021 Drivers' Championship with relative ease. After a tight title battle in 2021 against Lewis Hamilton, Verstappen cruised to the crown last season, after smashing multiple records along the way. The imperious Dutchman broke the records for most wins and most points scored in a single season, both of which were previously held by former Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel. Verstappen blitzed the German's records, by claiming 15 wins and 454 points last season, further writing his name into the sport's history books.
