Formula 2 driver stripped of licence after TikTok post

Formula 2 driver Amaury Cordeel has been slapped with a six-month driving ban, after being caught travelling at 179km/h in a 50km/h zone in Belgium. The incident took place near the Belgian driver's hometown Temse; however, he was only caught as a result of a clip being uploaded onto popular social media site TikTok. Despite the 2023 Virtuosi Racing driver having only just been banned from driving for six-months, the offence was actually committed two years ago in December 2020.
