Cashgate Scandal: Red Bull concerned by ex-Toto Wolff advisor's FIA role

Following much speculation, the day after Max Verstappen's title glory at Suzuka, the FIA confirmed that Red Bull had exceeded the 2021 budget cap. Reports began to circulate during the Singapore Grand Prix that Red Bull had exceeded the 2021 budget cap, a cash limit that was introduced last season to make for a more financially fair playing the field. The £114 million budget at each team's disposal was to be spent on the car (excluding the power unit), employee wages (excluding the three highest earners), and areas such as catering.
