Perez explains concerning radio comments after Safety Car restart

The Mexican led much of the race after overtaking pole-sitter Charles Leclerc at the start, yet voiced concerns about the potential problem following the second Safety Car restart. Perez was still able to go on to win the race, but has since given an explanation of what the situation was.
